Both parties acknowledge that the price list may differ depending on the types of content (such as the element, template, text effect or background picture) and on Pngtree website to which the contents are uploaded. The rules for pricing and payment specifically see the Income and Price List. In case You have any objection about the pricing content, You should not upload the picture but contact our staff to close your account; otherwise, it is deemed by Pngtree that You have already accepted the specific rules for pricing and payment. Both parties acknowledge that as for the contents downloaded upon approval,pre-tax royalties shall be automatically settled according to the payment rules and directly displayed and real-time updated at your backstage. When the payment amounts to the limit of cash drawing, You may apply for cash drawing. You know and acknowledge that the contents approval requires certain time. Pngtree shall not make any warranty for the bonus arising from the contents You upload. (In case of any extension of the time of payment to You due to the foreign exchange control, Pngtree is also no liable). Payment is made based on the Income and Price List. You have already accumulated at least USD 100 as the prepayment of royalties at Pngtree. Over the same period as the royalties described in this section are paid, Pngtree should present the license and royalties report (“Sales Report”) on the exclusively licensed contents in such month of sales.
